June 8, 2011 – Enfield, NH – Leading Edge Design Group, a leading provider of energy optimization services, announced today that Jay Boucher, Principal, has been selected as a Corporation Member for the Mascoma Savings Bank headquartered in Lebanon, New Hampshire. Mr. Boucher will serve with approximately sixty other members from surrounding Upper Valley organizations whom serve as a key link between Mascoma Savings Bank and the communities it serves.
Corporators, or members of a corporation, are the historical local foundation of mutual savings banking. Their chief legal responsibility is to elect the individuals who will serve as corporators and directors and approve major changes in the savings bank charter and corporate structure.
