Boston's Seaport District is fast becoming the most sought-after location for Fortune 500s, mid-size growth companies, and start-ups, and one of the top residential areas in the city. As more people make the Seaport the place they work, live, play, and visit, the district will continue to evolve to serve this vibrant community filled with an ever-expanding collection of art, cultural events, inspiring architecture, inviting outdoor areas, and state-of-the-art spaces and has become one of the most sought-after addresses for the modern workforce.
APPROACH
LEDG began Master Systems Integration work with the development company during the core and shell construction phase to help converge the Seaport District Block L4 Tower’s building systems onto a common network backbone and implement integrated workflows and data sharing between systems. One floor of the building includes a Data HUB that will house technology and networking equipment that will ultimately connect multiple buildings in the Seaport district.
